Pinnova is looking for an Electrical Engineering Intern to gain a deep understanding of their products, processes, and test requirements, and to contribute to transforming the design and building of spaces.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Completing an assigned engineering project during the term of the internship
- Troubleshooting electrical manufacturing equipment.
- Contributing to several ongoing capital engineering projects in diverse areas of the plant.
- Gaining experience and exposure to the Project Management Life Cycle, including: Preparation of project specifications and requirements.
- Project schedule coordination and utilization of Project Management tools.
- Installation oversight, project closing activities, and sustainability initiatives.
- Equipment Reliability to include asset management, process improvement, capital management and execution, contractor integration and management, and development of machine maintenance best practices (PM, PdM, etc.).
Other
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Must be a maximum of 24 months away from graduation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and technically savvy.
- Previous internship in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
