Qualitest Group is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and implement high-quality, scalable backend services and modern responsive UIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and security, and to lead the end-to-end architecture of the solution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to act as a hands-on architect and lead developer.
- Experience working with and guiding offshore development teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot, and modern responsive UIs using React.
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the solution, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Review code produced by the offshore team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Serve as the key technical liaison between your team and the customer’s architects, product owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Define and enforce development of the best practices and architecture principles across the project lifecycle.
- Work with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure a smooth delivery pipeline and consistent quality.
- Produce and maintain high-level and detailed architecture/design documentation, technical specifications, and integration guidelines.
