Apple is looking to fill Product Management opportunities where individuals will represent the customer throughout a product's journey from concept through development and launch, infusing innovative features and crafting groundbreaking ideas into tangible products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in product marketing and/or product management roles, including at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch.
 
- Proven track record working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams; this includes partnering with engineering during early research and development to define product strategy and roadmap, and with marketing and public relations to craft positioning, and define marketing activities
 
- Proven track record formulating product messaging and creating outbound marketing for both technical and consumer audiences; experience translating complex technology into powerful messaging for varied audiences including consumers, media, analysts, and leading industry specialists
 
- Deep understanding of the product and relevant technology domains
 
- Best-in-class oral and written communication skills; the ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to non-technical partners
 
- Strong analytical abilities and an uncompromising attention to detail with the ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed and technical situations and strategic business situations
 
- Press and media experience with success as a product spokesperson on a national or global level
 
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product roadmap and strategy
 
- Influence critical product trade-offs that impact schedule, usability, differentiation, and more
 
- Deeply understand user feedback, competitive trends, and the overall product space to inform a well-developed perspective on [Product]
 
- Define product positioning and key product messages
 
- Work with marketing communications and PR on the development of product launch activities, press releases, marketing materials, and press briefings including product demos
 
- Serve as an ambassador for Apple through press briefings and customer visits to drive advocacy for your product
