AbbVie's Business Technology Solutions (BTS) department is looking to hire a Software Engineer Intern to help design, build, and enhance applications used by AbbVie employees and customers, ranging from Customer Portals and Mobile Apps to customizations of the SalesForce.com platform.
Requirements
- Programming Language: Python, or Java
- Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Vue.js, and HTML
- Exposure to database, coding, infrastructure, etc.
Responsibilities
- design, build, and enhance applications used by AbbVie employees and our customers
- Solutions range from Customer Portals and Mobile Apps to customization of the SalesForce.com platform used by various teams
- work collaboratively, as part of an Agile team, with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and various business owners
- experiment and learn new skills while working on innovative stretch assignments
- Opportunities exist for Front-End, Back-End, and Full Stack engineers

- Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial, or related fields, or Computer Science or other related field
- Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
