Raytheon is seeking to solve the problem of testing and validating critical RF Circuit Card Assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Strong understanding of RF principles and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
- Experience with automated test systems
- Knowledge of RF design and simulation tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Experience with Failure Pareto and SPC Charts
Responsibilities
- Perform RF testing and validation of systems and components
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports
- Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on findings
- Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies
Other
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Current DOD Security Clearance
