Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineers intern to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come.
Requirements
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Have a Top Secret Clearance to start
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience in a related field
- Leadership & teamwork capabilities
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Activities (professional/community/extracurricular) related to Cyber Systems Engineering
Responsibilities
- Engineering systems development is the process of building, testing, and refining a system in controlled environments, development is for building and testing with freedom.
- Work on Cyber Systems Engineering projects
- Participate in the development of systems engineering solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Apply systems engineering principles to solve complex problems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in testing and validation of systems
Other
- Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall.
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher (preferred)
- Be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
