West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join their Data & Analytics team to help clients unlock the full potential of their data through advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering.
Requirements
- Proficiency in querying databases
- Experience with data wrangling, coding (Python, R), and data platforms (Azure Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- SQL, Python, or R programming languages
Responsibilities
- Utilize database development and scripting skills (SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis
- Perform end-to-end data science workflow, from data ingestion and wrangling to analysis and visualization
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualization tools using platforms like Tableau and Power BI
- Develop and implement data management, integration, and data science tools, including ETL processes and machine learning models
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between application functionality and client requirements
- Collaborate with client executives and team members to understand organizational needs and recommend appropriate data driven solutions
- Work closely with West Monroe project team members to deliver valuable outcomes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
- Intern candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must reside within 50 miles of your assigned office before your start date and throughout the internship
- Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
