Altium Packaging is looking for an Electrical Engineering Intern to contribute to mission-critical projects for the Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering team, aiming to solve engineering challenges related to load calculations, system design, project development, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Intermediate MS Suite skills inclusive of Excel and Word
- Experienced in software development using commonly available software tools
- Experienced in AutoCAD drafting software
Responsibilities
- Engineering load calculations & system design
- Project development, including bid specification preparation
- Maintenance of critical plant equipment databases
- Leading small plant engineering projects and initiatives
- Data acquisition and analysis
- Development of new tools and processes for the Project Execution team
- Plant visits for data collection / project execution
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Juniors or Senior preferred
- Previous engineering internship experience preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule
