Northrop Grumman is seeking Engineering Interns to help keep the B-2 Stealth Bomber fleet on the cutting edge of technology by continually installing capability upgrades.
Requirements
- Be majoring in or having majored in one of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial or Systems or related STEM field.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working with a team
- Have past work experience, especially work applicable to your degree program
Responsibilities
- work directly with a team of mechanical, electrical, industrial and manufacturing engineers, as well as with technicians directly performing work on the aircraft.
- support Air Force B-2 pilots, maintainers, and logisticians through other Northrop Grumman efforts at Whiteman AFB.
Other
- Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and graduating after August 2026.
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Be available to work in person at Whiteman AFB, Missouri.
