The company is looking for interns to contribute to global medical advancement by working on projects within the Global Support Functions Division, specifically in Global Workplace & Enterprise Services. The goal is to improve facility operations, equipment reliability, and gain exposure to various business and technical methodologies.

- Strong data collection, analysis and reporting, project management.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on improving equipment reliability related to facility operations.
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Gain project experience by regularly attending portfolio meetings and reviewing broad spectrum of facility related projects; put into a schedule with deliverables; physically monitor projects and report status (e.g. spend to date and current forecast).
- Assist projects through the funding approval process.
- Perform project execution tasks as required for various facility improvement projects.
- Assist with the metrics for our operating scorecard.
- Support efforts to improve maintenance service, reliability, and efficiency.
Other
- Must be currently enrolled in a B.S. Degree in an engineering discipline.
- Must be able to work full time for 9-12 weeks during the summer and return back to school on completion of the assignment.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in New Jersey.
