Requirements
- Familiarity with digital project management tools and methodologies
- Basic understanding of insurance and absence management solutions
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Basic understanding of technology and data analysis

- Design, implement, and support comprehensive insurance and absence management solutions
- Work on digital project management initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to execute key initiatives
- Support the development of solutions that impact employees' lives
- Contribute to the delivery of financial security and peace of mind to people through absence, accident, disability, voluntary benefits, and life insurance solutions
- Participate in hands-on work experience to equip with valuable skills
