Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in health administration, business administration, business analytics, or another related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Education or experience with Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, Alteryx, SSIS or comparable preferred
- Interest or experience in revenue cycle management.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to understand their revenue cycle challenges and developing impactful, data-driven solutions to improve their financial health.
- Analyzing and compiling client financial data for all revenue cycle departments (patient access, middle revenue cycle (coding and billing), and patient financial services (account receivable management, denials, and write-offs) to build reporting and financial models to assist clients in fact-based decision making and prioritization management.
- Researching industry trends and providing insights that can influence client strategies and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address client needs across various healthcare settings.
- Developing relationships with clients while demonstrating professionalism and dedication to their success.
- Build reporting and financial models to assist clients in fact-based decision making and prioritization management.

- Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in health administration, business administration, business analytics, or another related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
- Detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
