A-C Electric Company is seeking interns to gain hands-on experience in technology, systems management, and IT support within the construction industry, aiming to improve company IT operations through troubleshooting, user support, network administration, cybersecurity, and system optimization.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to office and field staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with new user setup , including device configuration, software installation, and account management
- Support network administration tasks such as monitoring network performance, resolving connectivity issues, and managing access controls
- Help maintain IT asset inventory , ensuring records of equipment assignments and software licenses are accurate
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives , including system updates, security patches, and user training on safe computing practices
- Work with the IT team to evaluate, test, and implement software solutions that enhance productivity and project management
- Participate in the development and documentation of IT processes and best practices
