Holland America Line is looking to create a detailed Master Crewmember dataset that encompasses demographics, attributes, planning, timelines, and more, all of which can be queried using AI tools to enable business users to ask plain language questions and receive data-driven answers.
Requirements
- Proficiency using MS office Suite including Outlook & MS Teams
- Experience in Prompt Engineering to guide business users in asking AI tools the right questions to obtain data-driven insights.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning Operations and tools
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar platforms.
- Experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform
Responsibilities
- Develop ETL process and data modelling using existing database platform such as DBT, Informatica, Ms Sql, Oracle, Azure Sql and Snowflake.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages and applications, including Python, Power BI, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Transforming Crewmember data set and building an AI-driven reporting data set.
- Develop an interactive dashboard using crewmember data that presents informative analytical insights, enabling business users to make quick and informed decisions.
Other
- Eligible candidates are enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate program (where they are at least a rising junior) or in a graduate and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- MUST NOT be a graduating senior in the summer 2026.
- Ability to work independently, remotely and self-manage
- Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
