Holland America Line is looking for an intern to report on the status of training material development, employee training, and readiness for the roll-out of the Fleet HR and payroll system. The intern will also collect feedback on training materials and interact with stakeholders to gather data.

Responsibilities
- Reporting on status of training material development, employee training and readiness with regards to the roll-out of the Fleet HR and payroll system
- Collect feedback on the training material to identify any need for additional change documents
- Interact with stakeholders shoreside and shipboard to collect the data
- Interact via email, Teams or phone with stakeholders shoreside and shipboard to collect the training data
- Interact (email or teams, calls) with stakeholders shoreside and shipboard to collect feedback on the training material to identify any need for additional change documents
- Draft Report on status of training material development, employee training and readiness
- Update Status and content in Project Task tracker
Other
- Program runs 10 weeks from June 15th - August 21st.
- Eligible candidates are enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate program (where they are at least a rising junior) and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- MUST NOT be a graduating senior in the summer 2026.
- Ability to work independently, remotely and self-manage
- Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
