Transcard is looking for an Information Technology Infrastructure intern to gain exposure to various IT infrastructure and networking opportunities, contributing to the business while developing their professional skills.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency and basic understanding of computer hardware components.
- Windows Server, Windows 2019, 2016, 2012, 2010
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Office, Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later versions
- Phone system hardware, software, and architecture
- Voice over IP technology
Responsibilities
- Provide exposure to a variety of opportunities, such as: Windows Server, Windows 2019, 2016, 2012, 2010, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later versions, phone system hardware, software, and architecture, Voice over IP technology
- Focus within our Infrastructure and networking team

- Ability to work remotely and independently from direct supervisor as needed.
- Must have great time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Completed or currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Preferred Computer Science, Networking, Software Development.
- CompTIA Certification, A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, Security+ Certification, etc.
