Requirements
- Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Windows applications
Responsibilities
- Provide Concierge-level Service in resolving customer IT issues and requests
- Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in analysis and troubleshooting
- Identify and learn software and hardware used and supported by the organization
- Conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
- Perform analysis to identify trends
- Create and maintain system and process documentation
- Contribute to IT project work

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 40-hour work week/ 10 weeks May-Aug
- Prioritize and execute tasks with a sense of urgency
- Collaborate with team to deliver IT training and support
- Build rapport with customers throughout the organization
