Requirements
- Strong foundation in leadership skills, financial services acumen, strategy, innovation and creativity, data analysis, storytelling, project management, risk governance and assurance
- Technical skills in software delivery, infrastructure, security, innovation and design
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Data analysis and project management skills
- Innovation and creativity skills
- Strong understanding of financial services industry trends and technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based technologies
Responsibilities
- Work on innovative projects and assignments across the line of business, including Software Delivery, Infrastructure, Security, Innovation and Design teams
- Participate in a custom curriculum to deepen financial services acumen and build mission-critical skills in strategy, innovation and creativity, data analysis, project management, and more
- Rotate through specific areas of the bank over the course of the year to gain critical work experience
- Develop technical skills, leadership development, and enterprise-wide networking in a fun, startup-like environment
- Take risks and ask for help in a supportive environment
- Collaborate with senior leaders, lines of business, industry specialists, training experts, and other Truist teammates
- Participate in sessions with members of Executive Leadership and track-specific curriculum
