Adobe is looking to implement a new marketing campaign technology, Adobe Journey Optimizer (B2B Edition), and needs an impactful team member to assist in the internal implementation and create best practice playbooks for marketers.
Requirements
- Understanding of B2B marketing campaigns: strategy, technology, and channels used to support B2B marketing
- Knowledge of Account Based Marketing best practices
- Experience documenting processes
- Comfortable conducting discovery sessions with marketers and gathering feedback
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across marketing teams to drive alignment on processes
- Understand the AJO B2B product: capabilities, best practices, and vision
- Document impact of AJO B2B on a variety of marketing roles and existing and new processes
- Identify and communicate with stakeholders about the vision of AJO B2B
- Create playbooks with best practices for using AJO B2B within Adobe

- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language to non-technical audiences
