Requirements

- Basic understanding of business operations and technology
- Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation
- Basic programming skills
- Understanding of marketing and product development principles
- Knowledge of research and underwriting strategies
- Familiarity with insurance operations and business principles
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on work experience in various businesses, including Actuarial, AI & Data, Finance, Insurance Operations, Technology, Underwriting, and more
- Contribute to challenging assignments in Finance, Marketing, Product, Research and Underwriting Strategy, Technology, Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Business
- Collaborate with talented interns and experienced employees through team-building activities, mentorship programs, and fun social events
- Build a network through collaboration and connection with senior management
- Participate in a hybrid work environment, with in-person days at the Tampa office
- Work on projects that equip you with valuable skills you can use anywhere
- Contribute to the industry leader in direct-to-consumer life insurance
