The Aerospace Corporation is looking for a Project Data Analyst for NASA’s Human Landing System’s Space Vehicle Systems office (HLS SVS) to provide resource and management of data integration and associated budgetary, technical, and operational reporting for the Space Vehicle Systems office.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and JIRA
  • Ability to effectively utilize oral and written communication to express technical concepts and recommendations to government customers
  • Demonstrated experience integrating technical and financial data

Responsibilities

  • Translate and integrate technical, financial, and operational data across SVS into cohesive dashboards
  • Support technical budget analysts by establishing Power BI dashboards that accurately reflect the status and allocation of resources, supporting resource management tools and reporting needs
  • Define and implement technical reporting structures utilizing Power BI and Power Automate workflows for engineering matrixed support teams
  • Provide technical support for release of technical documents, including change requests (CRs) in coordination with internal and external SMEs, other NASA programs and projects, as needed
  • Optimize and utilize Jira and Confluence tools to manage and track SVS office tasks, actions, and project milestones
  • Provide technical project management and programmatic review support as needed
  • Deliver program status briefings, technical documents, and products as required

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university program in Business/Law or similar discipline
  • 0 - 1 year of industry experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines
  • Willing to travel if required
  • This position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline
  • Current experience working with NASA
