Raytheon is looking to solve problems related to RF/Microwave system theory and design, including architectures, subsystems, components and Active Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs) to help the nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major
- Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition
- Experience with analytical tools such as MATLAB
- Knowledge of RF/Microwave system theory and design
- Experience with Active Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs)
Responsibilities
- Design of RF microwave components and phased array applications
- Integration and test of component level and system level phased array hardware
- Hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as MATLAB
- Design and hands-on testing of microwave components, cards and systems
- Providing technical support to production activities
Other
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree
- Must be at a minimum, entering their Junior year by the start of summer 2026
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required
