Raytheon is seeking engineering interns to support program test operations for their Mission Capability Verification Center within Systems Integration and Test at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The interns will assist in integrating, verifying, and validating products, ensuring systems function correctly in lab and field environments.
Requirements
- This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore year by the start of summer 2026
- Experience with the instrumentation and/or operation of data acquisition systems or laboratory test equipment
- Ability to analyze and problem solve in real time.
- Familiarity with scripting, MATLAB or similar
Responsibilities
- Support installation and testing of engineering modifications and updates
- Support integration and test activities to identify, diagnose, and correct issues
- Support mission execution test events for our radars or missile flight tests, which could include travel to various sites on range

- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- DoD Clearance: Secret
- Test events may occur over weekends or holidays, and may require extended hours
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
