Select Sires Inc. is seeking candidates to join their team as a Semen Processing Intern to assist with various tasks related to semen processing, quality control, and laboratory maintenance, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of enhancing the productivity and profitability of dairy and beef producers.

Responsibilities
- Initial semen evaluation and processing; sterilization of glassware and lab equipment
- Performing semen quality control evaluations, semen extender preparation, general laboratory maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Assisting with research projects, including sample preparation and analysis
- Development and execution of an independent research project is a possibility, but not a requirement

- This position is open to all undergraduate students studying animal/dairy science or a related scientific field.
- An applicant will preferably be entering their junior or senior year of undergraduate education, but applicants who have graduated and are planning on continuing education in a pertinent field (i.e. graduate or professional school) will be considered.
