Applied Materials’ Advanced Project Development Department is developing and optimizing process for the next-generation of semiconductor product
Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing preferred
- Experience in programming (C/C++, Matlab, Python) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with laboratory plating demonstrations, to include: tool preparation, processing wafers, measuring wafers, documentation
- Lead small development projects involving wafer metrology
- Support process engineering through procurement, shipping, and inventory functions
Other
- Student must be pursuing a Doctorate (or Master's) degree program in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
