- Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a PhD in statistics, biostatistics, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, data science, or other closely related field
- Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
- Must have completed at least two full years of PhD study prior to the start of the internship
- Track record of accomplishment
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
