Apollo, a high-growth global alternative asset manager, is looking to solve the problem of delivering excess return at every point along the risk-reward spectrum for its clients and providing innovative capital solutions for businesses to grow.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex financial concepts
  • Knowledge of private wealth landscape, alternative investments, and Apollo’s offerings
  • Investment acumen and knowledge of Apollo’s positioning, holdings, competitive edge and overall investment results across the capital structure
  • Familiarity with Apollo Intelligence (AI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to GWMS sales professionals throughout their fundraising and prospecting efforts
  • Support marketing efforts by helping team with presentations, pitch materials, and handling ad-hoc requests
  • Help maintain, update, and analyze client information using Salesforce CRM
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage a variety of tools to add value including Apollo Intelligence (AI)
  • Support ongoing project work driven by the GWMS COO and Strategy teams
  • Develop broad knowledge of private wealth landscape, alternative investments, and Apollo’s offerings

Other

  • Pursuing a BA or BS (Class of 2027) in finance, business, economics, or a related field, from an undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement
  • Strong interest in the financial industry, particularly alternative asset management
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to be in a sales/fundraising role in the future
  • Willing to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 if offered full-time role
