Requirements
- Strong academic performance (all majors considered; finance, economics, business, or STEM preferred)
- Analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
- Interest in financial markets, corporate finance, and global banking
Responsibilities
- Contribute to live transactions, market activities, and client initiatives from day one.
- Participate in comprehensive training covering financial modeling, valuation, technical skills, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across business lines to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Gain insight into how macroeconomic trends and market dynamics influence client activity and product strategy.
- Gain hands-on experience in areas such as Corporate Lending, Fund Finance, Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Debt Advisory, Capital Solutions, ESG and Low Carbon Advisory, Securitization, Portfolio Monitoring.
- Learn how to deliver services that help clients manage liquidity, payments, and global trade flows efficiently.
- Develop skills in credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, market and operational risk management, and gain exposure to regulatory frameworks.
