Charter Communications is seeking an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst to support their marketing activities and provide content from third parties, specifically to work on quality assurance activities for their telecommunications industry
Requirements
- Oracle SQL query skills
- Any programming language like Java/Python
- Understanding of how LLM's are used
Responsibilities
- Intern will work on Quality assurance activities including but not limited to Test Case creation, Test Case execution, Defect Management, Testing Automation, Understanding business requirements
- QA creates tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched
- They identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them
- They also must pay very close attention to detail and manage testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement
- A normal work day for a QA includes developing new tests to run, running the tests, and documenting the results; if any defects are noted the quality assurance analysts will need to collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program
- Once the defect has been patched, they will need to run the test again to make sure there are no new bugs and to make sure the defect found has been corrected
Other
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 - May 2027
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Good communication skills
