Charter Communications is seeking an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst intern to support quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining real-world experience in the telecommunications industry.
Requirements
- Familiarity with SDLC (Waterfall/Agile)
- Oracle SQL
- Java/Python
- Software testing and automation
- Understanding of LLMs
Responsibilities
- The IT QA Intern will support quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle
- Responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, managing defects, participating in test automation efforts, and analyzing business requirements
- The intern will work closely with senior QA team members and collaborate cross-functionally with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and Operations teams
- Daily tasks involve identifying and documenting software bugs, retesting after fixes, maintaining testing tools, and contributing to continuous process improvement—all while demonstrating attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 - May 2027
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
