Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial
- Highly motivated self-starter with technical curiosity.
- Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career.
- Previous experiences on-campus or off-campus. (Academic Clubs, Internships, Co-Ops, Summer Jobs, and/or Employment)
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented and challenging environment.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.
Responsibilities
- The HQ Engineering Internship will involve one (1), and up to three (3), project(s) driven by the Business-based needs for that calendar year.
- Projects requirements and deliverables are time-bound within the internship and provide a clear start/stop scope of work that may be a single project or a portion of a larger project.
- Assist in the analysis of Engineering and Operations performance metrics, tools & processes.
- Gain valuable insights between Processing, Packaging, Warehouse, Automation, Controls & Information, along with exposure to Capacity, Innovation, Productivity, Sustainability, Facilities, Infrastructure and National Rollout teams.
- Manage & solve engineering problems.
- Work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly.
- Work in a results-oriented and challenging environment.
