Requirements
- Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking, writing, and analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Risk Management Audit testing and documentation
- Learn about different types of risk stripes in the risk management portfolio (Data, Risk Data and Reporting, Capital Stress Testing, Reputational and Strategic Risk, Risk Culture, etc.)
- Help with project coordination and data analytics and process automation initiative
- Perform work under the direction of the Internal Audit Manager or Internal Audit Senior, which can include individual or multiple Audit/ICFR assignments
- Document audit procedures in a quality manner in compliance with the department’s audit methodology
- Use available technical resources and tools to research and expand one's sphere of knowledge to enhance work product

- Currently enrolled as a US-based college student, graduating in December 2026 or later.
