Stryker is looking to support the design and development of scalable systems that interact with AI models, assist in building CI/CD and data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. The company aims to contribute to the development of a Machine Learning Operations Platform that streamlines and automates the entire AI/ML lifecycle—from data management and model development to deployment across Stryker applications and devices.

Requirements

  • background in machine learning operations

  • knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
  • building systems and applications that interact with AI models in a cloud-native (Azure) environment
  • designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that flawlessly integrate with state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies

Responsibilities

  • support the design and development of scalable systems that interact with AI models
  • assist in building CI/CD and data pipelines
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
  • contribute to the development of a Machine Learning Operations Platform that streamlines and automates the entire AI/ML lifecycle—from data management and model development to deployment across Stryker applications and devices
  • building a model catalog dashboard for model discovery
  • creating DevOps templates to accelerate solution development for targeted AI/ML use cases
  • building systems and applications that interact with AI models in a cloud-native (Azure) environment

Other

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
