Waymo is looking to improve its autonomous driving technology by training and evaluating ML models that evaluate Waymo behavior, leveraging advanced simulation technology, and gaining experience with large-scale ML infrastructure.
Requirements
- Python or C++
- Strong statistical and ML knowledge
- Programming skills in SQL
- Experience building ML models with JAX, PyTorch or Tensorflow
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning
- Experience with large scale ML infra
Responsibilities
- Train and evaluate ML models that evaluate Waymo behavior
- Leverage the most advanced simulation technology to improve model performance
- Gain experience using large scale ML infrastructure

- This will be a hybrid onsite internship position.
