Waymo is looking to accelerate onboard software development for its autonomous driving technology by providing definitive, early, and dense signals to evaluate the behavior of the Waymo Driver.
Requirements
- Navigating and modifying a large code base containing a variety of languages, such as C++, Python and SQL
- Building Data processing pipelines
- Experience coding in C++
- Experience building and validating metrics to measure quality in complex systems
- Exposure to ad-hoc data analysis tools for rapid modeling and prototyping
Responsibilities
- Develop eval signals and understand the pain points during eval developments
- Design data processing engine to process and aggregate labels
- Design and implement pipeline to streamline the metric change validation pipelines

- This will be a hybrid onsite internship position.
