Charter Communications is looking to solve business problems in the telecommunications industry through the Spectrum Internship Program, which aims to provide real-world experience to rising senior students in their field of choice.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in acquiring, managing, mining and visualizing data.
  • Ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis techniques and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R).

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Data Analysts develop evidence-based business strategies using critical thinking, data analysis techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R).
  • Extracting insights from data to solve complex problems, and providing actionable recommendations that have a meaningful impact on business processes and performance.
  • Contributing to meaningful projects that give insight into what it’s like to work at a leading connectivity company.
  • Gaining new skills and elevating existing ones in a robust and forward-thinking business setting.
  • Building connections with team members and senior leaders to better understand the business.
  • Receiving mentorship from a team member to help reach professional goals.
  • Participating in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and community service.

Other

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Must be a rising senior student seeking a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration).
