ICF is seeking a motivated 2026 Summer Intern, ServiceNow Developer to join their growing ServiceNow team to gain hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific client business requirements.
Requirements
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or other Low Code platforms (MS PowerPlatform, Salesforce, Appian)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (or actively pursuing)
- Familiarity with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.This includes setting up workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and automation to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Help conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Create detailed documentation of the configuration and customization for future reference.
- Collaborate with support teams to provide timely resolution to incidents and problems.
- Assist Business Analysts in the collection of functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
- Support change management efforts by assisting users during the transition period, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

- This is an entry-level, 10-week, full-time internship expected to begin in June and end in August.
