Charter is seeking to understand and navigate the complex landscape of technology policy and planning within the telecommunications industry, specifically focusing on wireless spectrum auctions and regulatory proceedings that impact their market position and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Familiarity with wireless, wireline, and/or emerging networking technologies
- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
- Interest in communications policy and regulation

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on timely technology policy issues, including wireless spectrum auctions and other regulatory proceedings that impact Charter
- Assist with valuation and prioritization of wireless spectrum opportunities to advance Charter's position in the marketplace
- Contribute to ideation and thought leadership on technical and non-technical research and advocacy that supports Charter's long-term business objectives
- Support the construction of tool(s) that enable tracking of key strategic datapoints in Charter's evolving converged wireline / wireless network
- Prepare internal presentation materials and briefing documents for executive-level meetings
- Provide summaries of relevant government proceedings
Other
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 - May 2027
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity, learn quickly, and synthesize complex information
