HarperCollins Publishers is seeking to support project delivery, facilitate team collaboration, and improve processes within the IT Division
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or project management methodologies is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn new tools and business processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Interest in publishing, media, or technology industries is a bonus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Support Project Delivery: Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking projects from initiation to completion
- Facilitate Team Collaboration: Help schedule and document meetings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process documentation and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare project status updates, operational reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Tool Utilization: Learn and use project management and IT service tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite) to support daily operations
- Problem Solving: Analyze business challenges, break down problems, and help propose actionable solutions
- Ad Hoc Support: Take on varied assignments as needed, supporting both project and operational initiatives

- Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship
- Candidates must be available to work 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from June 8 to August 13, 2026, at our New York City office
