Takeda is undergoing an enterprise-wide migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, requiring strategic planning, phased implementation, and optimization of digital engagement tools to ensure minimal disruption and enhanced customer engagement.
Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with CRM systems (Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of data/software development life-cycle management processes.
- Strong digital and data skill sets
Responsibilities
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to assess the impact of Veeva’s planned transition off the Salesforce platform by 2030.
- Supporting the phased implementation of Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with Takeda’s future customer engagement models and minimizing disruption to medical workflows.
- Collaborating with internal teams to document current-state Veeva CRM use cases and Content Engine implications and translate them into future-state Salesforce configurations.
- Evaluating and recommending solutions for both home office–driven and MSL-triggered email communications.
- Mapping out technical and operational requirements for compliant, scalable email deployment, ensuring topic tracking and analytics.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline content delivery and improve HCP engagement through modular templates and compliant behavioral triggers.
- Developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other key documentation for email creation, tagging, reporting, and dashboard pull-thru.
