Phillips 66 Midstream is seeking technical interns to provide support for their Midstream organization, gaining experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
Requirements
- Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Technology or equivalent technical program
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate program
- Available to intern for a minimum of 10 continuous weeks
- Temporarily relocate to internship location region
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation: To climb up to 50 feet using both inclined and vertical steps/ladders
- Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation: To lift up to 45 pounds
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for new equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and rotating equipment
- Work side-by-side with experienced professionals
- Network with other interns
- Introduction to Company practices, safety requirements, procedures and technical tools
- Technical training classes
- Participating in technical networks
- On-the-job training
