DFW Airport is looking to optimize customer experiences and financial outcomes through data-driven solutions and innovative pricing strategies in parking yield management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree program in engineering, economics, business, mathematics, data science, machine learning, computer science, operations research, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced analytical tools, dynamic modeling, and demand forecasting.
  • Knowledge of quantitative data analysis and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with yield management approaches and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with data-driven solutions and innovative pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses parking product pricing strategies and historical/future bookings. Builds recommendations to drive revenue, update sales metrics, and increase product utilization.
  • Proposes yield management approaches to optimize demand, revenue, appeal, customer experience, and loyalty impacts.
  • Analyzes occupancy and revenue trends along with history, forecasts, economic trends and market share at the Airport. Monitor industry trends to drive demand, optimize asset utilization, and maximize revenue.
  • Utilizes quantitative data from multiple sources to forecast revenues and occupancies resulting from yield management efforts.
  • Analyzes business development opportunities from varying perspectives: finance, parking operations, planning, customer experience, customer loyalty and marketing.
  • Develops data visualizations and models to analyze yield management program performance.

Other

  • Must be an active student in a bachelor's degree program.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma)
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
