Requirements
- Preferred experience in tools such as Jira, Workfront and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Ability to manage issues and mitigate risk on the site content and capabilities roadmaps
- Good writing skills; articulate in documenting requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Analytical skills to test hypothesis and sort through complex options
Responsibilities
- Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry standard methodologies to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences
- Create business cases for site enhancements, clearly identifying the goals, KPI, and targets for proposed initiatives
- Assess and report on the results of initiatives vs. expected impact
- Drive planning and vision refinement sessions with business and development teams
- Discover, validate, and document business and technical requirements
- Work with the UX and creative teams on site structure, customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs
- Partner with the creative team on providing timelines, creative briefs, messaging and direction for key content experiences
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communication or other fields; or equivalent experience required
- 0-1 + years of experience in specific skill/field(s)
- Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
- Ability to present convincingly to team and partners
- Ability to work with hard-working cross-functional teams
