Requirements
- Working knowledge of C++
- Experience with at least one game-related domain (graphics, networking, embedded systems)
- Multi-threading, optimization (rendering and systems), and computer architecture are a plus
- Practical facility in an additional language like Python or Rust
- Familiarity with Python and NumPy
- Experience working with Arduinos, Raspberry Pi’s, and camera modules
- Experience with BRDF, shading models, and microfacet models
Responsibilities
- Work on console, PC, and mobile titles to solve problems within render architecture, systems programming, GPU microcode, procedural geometry, ray-tracing, and performance analysis and optimization
- Design and development of visual related systems
- Fabrication of material capture hardware
- Working on the development of graphics engineering for Activision Central Technology
- Solving problems within render architecture, systems programming, GPU microcode, procedural geometry, ray-tracing, and performance analysis and optimization
- Working with Arduinos, Raspberry Pi’s, and camera modules
- Experience with BRDF, shading models, and microfacet models
Other
- Currently enrolled in a certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree program and graduating December 2026 – July 2027
- Available to participate in a 12-week internship starting in late-May or mid-June
- Currently residing in the US or open to relocating oneself to the US
- Exhibits learning agility; has the ability to think differently, and/or grasp and apply new skills and concepts
