Doncasters is looking for a Shell Room Lead to oversee daily operations in the shell room, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and meeting quality demands
Requirements
- Working knowledge of shell room processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions
Responsibilities
- Train new employees and cross train team members
- Lead and coordinate a team of shell room operators to meet production demands
- Provide hands on support for daily operations including shell building, drying and inspection

- Ability to motivate, lead and communicate with a team effectively
- 2nd Shift - Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
