The Department of Consumer & Business Services (DCBS) needs to find, evaluate, implement, and support a variety of client/server software and cloud services for program areas across the agency, ensuring systems are patched and updated for security, regulatory and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience administering current Windows operating systems (Windows 11 and Server 2022)
- Experience troubleshooting system and application problems
- Knowledge of networking concepts and firewalls
- Experience with network, event, resource, and security monitoring tools
- Experience supporting client/server and database dependent applications
- Experience evaluating options to find the best solution for specific business needs
Responsibilities
