Requirements
- Advanced Power BI (dashboards, heat maps).
- Strong SQL for data reconciliation.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), POS solutions, and AI/ML applications for CCTV.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a two-week sprint to reconcile data, identify theft patterns, and highlight operational inefficiencies.
- Work within client systems (SAP, POS, CCTV) to access, process, and reconcile data; support potential migration to Oracle.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and heat maps to visualize theft hotspots and present findings to business stakeholders.

- 7+ years leading data analytics or digital transformation projects in retail, with proven experience in theft detection or inventory reconciliation.
