Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) is looking for a software engineer to develop software products that implement Artificial Intelligence to provide discriminating capability to customers.
Requirements
- strong background in computer science and Artificial Intelligence
- familiar with current computer science paradigms, including object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, concurrency, and I/O
Responsibilities
- Developing software products that implement Artificial Intelligence to provide discriminating capability to our customers
- Engaging in every phase of the system development lifecycle, including requirements generation, system and software design, implementation, integration, and flight test
- Leading major technical development efforts, taking ownership of critical tasks, and developing new system architectures
- Leveraging current computer science paradigms, including object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, concurrency, and I/O
Other
- Mentoring junior engineers, briefing internal and external customers, and supporting the capture of new business
- You are a highly motivated and experienced software engineer
- You have a strong work ethic, excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- You are a US Citizen with the ability to work on-site at a Lockheed Martin facility as needed, or remotely
