- leading a team of AI/ML engineers in the development, test and deployment of AI/ML Solutions
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop associated statistical models
- develop and implement best practices for AI/ML engineering, including software development, testing, and deployment
- manage the team's workload, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers
- communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including project status, technical risks, and recommendations as well as staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML and identify opportunities to apply new technologies and techniques to business problems.
