Caesars Entertainment, Inc. is looking to drive increased conversions and sales, as well as improve the customers' overall web experience to drive measurable revenue growth through A/B testing and personalization efforts on their eCommerce websites.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience working hands on in front end web development and a strong, demonstrable knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS are required
  • 6+ years’ experience with Adobe Target or similar testing platforms
  • 2+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement testing and personalization efforts from development to deployment/launch based on customer segmentation studies and interactions of each consumer with the business and/or website in partnership with business owners
  • Create & execute personalizations, A/B tests, multivariate tests, etc. in the digital channel based on business needs and goals using Adobe Target
  • Front end development will be required in JS and CSS primarily to build experiences for testing and personalizations that cannot be accomplished in the VEC (Visual Experience Composer) within Adobe Target
  • Develop processes and repeatable patterns that other teams can use to easily integrate their digital products with Adobe Target
  • Test, track and analyze ongoing personalizations to ensure optimum performance
  • Create audiences utilizing both mBox parameters and imported data from our CDP, Hightouch and is also responsible for knowing the difference between the two for audience use cases
  • Assist with Adobe Target implementation via Adobe Tags or WebSDK as needed – you will be the implementation expert

  • This is a remote opportunity with quarterly visits to our Las Vegas office as well as your first week of employment.
